Regulations of the Haiku Contest on Instagram
1. Organizer The "Haiku Kyuka Design" competition ("Competition") is organized by Kyuka Design based in Milanówek, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
2. Competition Deadline The competition starts on August 9 at 12:00 PM and ends on August 23 at 11:59 PM (local time of the Organizer).
3. Terms of Participation The competition is open to adults using the Instagram service, residing in Poland. The participant must have a public Instagram account.
4. Competition Rules
- To participate in the Contest, participants must write a Haiku about candles, porcelain, and creating atmosphere.
- The haiku must be written in Polish.
- Participants should publish their Haiku in the comments under the official Contest post on the @kyuka_design account and as a separate post on their Instagram account or as a Story. In the description of the post/Story, the participant should add the hashtag [#HaikuKyukaDesign] and tag the profile @kyuka_design.
- Each participant can submit only one Haiku.
5. Choosing the winner
- The winner of the competition will be chosen by a jury composed of: Joanna Matusiak (@manufaktura_splotów), Eliza Kmita (@whiteplatecom), and Basia Szafranska (@basaiszafranska), along with the organizer Inka and Stefan @kyuka_design.
- The evaluation will be based on originality, adherence to the theme, creativity, and literary quality of the Haiku.
- The winner will be announced publicly on the Instagram account @kyuka_design and contacted via direct message on Instagram no later than August 26, 2023.
6. Prize The winner will receive a gift set: a Canyon Parian candle in a chosen scent and candle care accessories. The prize is indivisible and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. Consent to the use of content Contest Participants agree to share their Haiku and username in connection with the Contest on the @kyuka_design profile.
8. Personal Data Protection Personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
9. Complaints Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted via email: inka@kyukadesign.com within 7 days of the announcement of the results.
10. Changes to the regulations The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Competition regulations in justified cases. Information about changes will be published on the account @kyuka_design.
11. Final provisions
- "The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram in any way."
- Participants are required to fully agree to the content of the regulations.
- Any disputes will be resolved in court in accordance with the laws in force in Poland.
